PNGTuber Studio showing an avatar on a transparent window

Features

  • 🎤Voice reactiveYour avatar's mouth opens when you speak. Tune sensitivity and activation on live meters while you talk.
  • 📁Zero-setup avatarsDrop a folder of PNGs in and it just works. One folder per emotion, filenames end with a state letter. No wiring, no editors.
  • 🎭Emotions on hotkeysSwitch expressions with number keys, or with Alt+number from anywhere, even while your game has focus.
  • 🎬OBS awareTransparent window for clean capture, plus an OBS link that switches your avatar's emotion when your scene changes.
  • 🫨Bounce physicsA configurable hop when you start talking, with force and gravity sliders. Or turn it off entirely.
  • 🔌Local APIStream Deck, Streamer.bot, and your own scripts can switch emotions, trigger bounces, and react to your avatar over a local HTTP and WebSocket API.
  • 💾Everything autosavesEvery setting saves the moment you change it. Window position, size, and your whole setup survive restarts.
  • 🪙Channel points (coming soon)Viewers will spend channel points to change your avatar's emotion for a set time.

How it works

  1. 1. Drop your art in. Put your avatar in its own folder inside Pictures/PNGTuber Studio, one subfolder per emotion, each image ending with its state letter (A idle, B talking, C blinking, D both). A single avatar loads automatically.
  2. 2. Tune your mic. Open settings with Esc, speak, and drag two sliders while watching live meters. Talking detection just works after that.
  3. 3. Capture in OBS. The window background is transparent. Window Capture on Linux, Game Capture with transparency on Windows, and your avatar composites cleanly over your stream.
