Privacy Policy

The application

PNGTuber Studio runs entirely on your computer. It has no accounts, no telemetry, no analytics, and no advertising, and it sends us nothing. Specifically:

• Your avatar images are read from your own disk and never leave your machine.
• Microphone audio is processed in memory to detect speech and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Settings, including your OBS connection details, are stored in a local configuration file on your machine, readable only by your user account.
• The optional local API listens only on your own machine (127.0.0.1) and is off by default.

Optional integrations

If you enable them, some features connect to services on your behalf, directly from your computer:

• OBS: the app talks to OBS on your own machine or network using the address and password you provide.
• Twitch (when available): connecting your Twitch account sends your authorization directly to Twitch and stores the resulting token in your local settings file. We operate no servers in between and never see your credentials. Twitch's own privacy policy governs their side.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no trackers. It is delivered through a content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront), which processes standard connection data such as IP addresses to serve requests, as described in AWS's privacy documentation. Placeholder images during early development may be served by placehold.co.

Purchases

Purchases happen on third-party stores (such as itch.io or Steam). Those stores handle your payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive no payment information.
