PNGTuber Studio is licensed two ways, depending on how you get it.

Official binaries

The ready-to-run builds sold through our store pages are licensed under the End User License Agreement. Buying a copy licenses you to use it; it does not grant rights to the source code.

Source code

The source code is published under a source-available license. In short, and subject to the full license text that ships in the repository:

• You may read, study, and modify the source code.
• You may compile it for your own use, personal or commercial, including streams and videos that earn money.
• Everything your copy produces (your streams, recordings, and exports) is entirely yours.
• You may not distribute the software to others in any form, source or compiled, free or paid.
• You may not offer its functionality to others as a hosted service.

The full, legally binding license text is included in the source repository and takes precedence over this summary.

Your content

Under both licenses, everything the software produces for you, including streams, recordings, renders, and exported files, belongs to you without restriction.
